Located northeast of Nashville in the rapidly growing city of Gallatin, Tennessee, Grasslands Club offers a fully private golf and country club experience in a beautiful lakefront setting. The Club boasts two clubhouses featuring multiple private dining outlets, a full-service event center, two lakeside pools, two Bill Bergin-designed 18-hole championship golf courses, a 9-hole short course, a five-bay teaching facility, two fitness facilities, and a racquet sports complex with year-round access.

As the Full-Time Food & Beverage Manager at Grasslands Club, you'll be at the heart of our culinary operations! Oversee our diverse dining services, from elegant clubhouse meals to casual bar offerings and outdoor dining, all while ensuring top-notch service and exceptional food quality for our cherished members and guests. You'll collaborate closely with our Culinary team to tackle any member concerns with professionalism and finesse. Dive into the exciting world of beverage management ensuring our drink selections adhere to regulations and standards. What we're looking for in a Food & Beverage Manager

To shine as the Full-Time Food & Beverage Manager at Grasslands Club, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience that sets you up for success! With a minimum of 2 years in a high-end country club or hotel/resort setting, your background will pave the way for leading our dining operations. Proficiency in Club Essentials (POS) is a must, as you'll be managing orders and inventory seamlessly. While CMAA Membership is preferred, your passion for exceptional food and beverage experiences will truly stand out. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you'll be guiding and inspiring a talented team while promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Your previous experience in a high-end restaurant or country club will help you navigate our vibrant environment with ease. With your expertise, you'll elevate our dining offerings and create unforgettable moments for our members!
