When people think of Country Clubs in Nashville, TN they think of Brentwood Country Club. Sitting among majestic trees, some of which are the oldest east of the Mississippi, the Club’s 215 acres boast many breathtaking and panoramic views. BCC was founded in 1955, its main clubhouse was built in 1828and has underwent many renovations over the years. The most recent clubhouse renovation was in 2023 along with a full course renovation by Bill Bergin. The facilities and 18 hole par 72 golf course are spectacular.

The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for managing all daily Clubhouse services throughout all dining and kitchen areas, Catering, Banquets, Front Office, and non-golf related activities of the Golf House, and assuring that the wants and needs of the club members and guests are consistently exceeded. He/She will provide a cohesive environment that brings together all divisions of BCC Clubhouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage and interpret relevant financial and P&L information and plan and implement budgets, hire, train, and supervise food and beverage employees.

Language Skills

Computer Skills
Proficient in Outlook and Internet applications. Working knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheet applications. Familiarity with various Graphic’s programs desirable. Familiarity with country club software or SAAS applications
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
