Job Description

The General Manager of House and Golf is responsible for the overall operations, leadership, and strategic direction of the country club’s clubhouse and golf course. This includes food & beverage service, member services, events, golf operations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. The GM ensures that the club delivers an exceptional member experience while maintaining fiscal responsibility and staff development.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in a private club or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and golf course management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Experience working with club boards and member committees.
