Job Description

The Private Events Director will oversee all aspects of private event logistics, acting as the sole point of contact for clients, wedding planners/coordinators, vendors, and guests. This role includes venue tours, pre-event coordination, day-of execution, and post-event wrap up. The Director will ensure that every detail aligns with the client's vision and that the event proceeds smoothly.

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of event planning/management experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of current wedding trends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, (Excel, Publisher, Word, Outlook)>
Proficiency with Quick Books.
