Job Description
Lakeside Park Club is a unique private Club experience where we focus on being an inviting and community-focused club. Our team is empowered to create an experience showcasing our unique history and bring together our members and guests. While we have a robust history, we continue to focus on our future. Our club currently serves over 1,100 members and many guests and we are still growing. We see our food and beverage experience as the backbone of the club, setting the tone more than any other amenity.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead our service and experience staff. The Chef will be responsible for delivering high-quality dining and banquet experiences to our members and guests while maintaining the standards of excellence that define our club. This position requires a professional who is team-oriented, hardworking, and capable of supporting both daily dining services and special events. We want to bring in someone with energy to grow unique offerings and enable our team to grow in their skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dining room and banquet service operations
- Train, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff focused on hospitality over service
- Collaborate and develop efficiencies with the culinary team to ensure smooth, timely service
- Assist with planning and executing weddings, tournaments, and Club events
- Manage front of house F&B inventory
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS (education and experience)
- 3–5 years of hospitality, restaurant, or club management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and service mindset
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Find energy and enjoyment through connecting with our membership
- Must be able to be an ABC manager
