All three of our 18-hole championship courses are featured in the top 100 courses in North Carolina, as rated by the NC Golf Panel. Members have the unique option to play both champion bermudagrass greens (Meadows & Highlands) and bentgrass greens (Fairways)

Brief Job Description

  • Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Member recognition – use member’s name 3 times during the course of the meal.
  • Ensure that members and their guests have the most positive experience possible.
  • Timely arrival, well groomed, proper uniform, clean-shaven, no perfume, neutral nail polish, minimal jewelry.
  • Full knowledge of menu, wine and specials so any questions a member or guest may have may be answered in a timely fashion.
  • Servers must greet tables within 30 seconds and adhere to a two minute drink time with exception to alcoholic beverages. 
  • Wine Service- pour wine for our patrons; they should never pour wine for themselves.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds, use trays with all drinks, ability to lift and properly carry trays of food.
  • Distribute food from left with left hand and remove food from right with right hand
  • Drinks are to be delivered from right with right hand always.
  • Timing & prioritization
  • Communicate member discomfort, complaints or problems to Manager on Duty
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and Holidays
  • If ill, communicate at least two hours before shift verbally by phone (not text) to management.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or any other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills—communication, eye contact, confidence.
  • Demonstrate an ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Show excellent oral and written communication skills and familiarity with the use of a POS system.
  • Indicate a strong desire to work in the Service Industry.
  • Have availability nights, weekends and holidays.
