Charlotte Country Club (CCC) was founded in 1910 and is located four miles east of uptown Charlotte, in the historic Plaza-Midwood neighborhood. Charlotte Country Club is known as a top 20 private club in the United States and is a premier family centric country club that enjoys a wonderful staff and membership. The 18-hole Donald Ross golf course was restored by architect Ron Prichard in 2009 and has received numerous accolades. Charlotte Country Club has hosted four USGA championships: 1972 U.S. Men's Amateur, 2000 U.S. Senior Men's Amateur, 2010 U.S. Women's Amateur, and the 2018 USGA Men's Mid-Amateur.

Brief Job Description
The Youth Activities Team Leader is an elevated role amongst the Youth Counselor team at Charlotte Country Club. This individual can be relied on for supervising activities at the club’s state-of-the-art Family Center, and all duties related to youth activities at the club. Responsibilities include providing child-watch services, assisting the Director of Youth Activities with event preparation, set-up, implementation, and clean-up, as well as planning for future youth-related activities at the club.
Candidate Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid First Aid and Infant/Child CPR Certifications.
Six months’ experience working with groups of children ages 6-months – 12 years.
Ability to communicate effectively, fluent in English
Ability to work outside during all seasons.
Ability to provide basic hygiene services for young children.
Ability to provide a supportive and caring environment, while supervising children.
Must have a positive, upbeat, friendly attitude and enjoy providing five-star customer service.
Must be a team player who can develop strong and positive working relationships with all staff.
