SUMMARY: The Banquet Manager assist in directing the Banquet Department, club activities, and club staff to ensure effective and profitable operation and growth; ensure that quality service is provided to all clients, guests and members. 

• Schedule banquet service staff to forecast and service standards, while maximizing profits.

• Understand the impact of Banquet operations on the overall success of an event and manage activities to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Complete understanding of banquet event orders, and the ability to follow the event details from beginning to end through effective communication and execution

• Work closely with chefs and other appropriate staff to ensure the smooth and healthy operation of the banquet service.

• Maintain visibility and accessibility to guests, staff, and vendors; maintain effective communication with all staff to ensure banquet events are performing at established standards.

• Ensure all food and beverage operations follow all legislated health and licensing guidelines; ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all areas of responsibilities the operation.

• Shifts to require nights and weekends

• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
