The internship positions are:

Event Internship: This internship will support and lead staff in executing casual, formal, youth, family, and adult private and club events ranging from 15 to 1,000 attendees. There will be opportunities to work in conjunction with our Events Department to assist event materials including BEOs, floor plans, timelines, menus, and packages.

At the completion of the internship, the student will be well versed in numerous dining settings – casual service, events, outside dining, fast casual and fine dining.  Besides operational skillset development, we look forward to providing our interns networking opportunities and the opportunity for career advancement.

Summerhouse and Pavilion Supervisory Internship: This internship will lead the operation of the Kenwood’s Summerhouse which serves the resort style pool and golf concessions for both courses.   The Pavilion, our bar and restaurant within the same footprint of our pool complex, is an evening dining operation offering a country club casual menu and bar service.   On a busy Saturday, these operations combine for 500 covers.

Restaurant Management Supervisory Internship: This internship works in conjunction with our salaried Food and Beverage Managers to lead shifts in our restaurants.   This internship will provide the opportunity to learn the finer aspects of floor management, lead lineups/pre-shifts, and learn closing procedures.
