Job Description
We are currently seeking Level One interns who are willing to learn about the Club industry from the ground up. The primary focus will be in food and beverage operations with a rotation among outlets. There will also be additional training in all aspects of a private country club including sports, clubhouse, accounting, and human resources.
We also have an internship available in Clubhouse operations, where you will learn the Front Desk, Club events, and the Northstar software system. Graduating hospitality majors are also invited to apply, as we have limited opportunities for a post-grad intern, with greater responsibilities.
Candidate Qualifications
The best candidate will be someone who is studying hospitality management and would like to experience the private Club industry. CMAA student membership is preferred and encouraged. No experience is required.

Other Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly salary of $16.00 plus spread of hours pay. Housing and meals are provided at no cost. Housing is dormitory style with shared rooms and is on property. On-site parking near the dormitory is available, but a car is not a necessity. Paid sick leave will be accrued during the summer. This position is bonus eligible.
