Brief Job Description

Charlotte Country Club’s 2023 Club Management Rotational Internship provides a hands-on experience through multiple departments to ensure development through in all aspects of the private club industry. Our program is customized to meet the individuals needs and interests of our interns to best prepare them for a career in clubs.

Interns should expect to experience all aspects of club operations, front line roles through team leadership and operations as indicated through their personal goals. Programming includes:
• Department rotations in food and beverage, culinary, golf, tennis, agronomy, communications, and more
• Weekly Meetings
• CMAA Educations
• Area Club Tours & Networking
• Leadership Development and Education
• Access to Leadership
This summer, interns will be able to help open a brand-new casual dining restaurant and assist in re-opening our newly renovated pool complex.

Candidate Qualifications

Exceptional Communication Skills
Detail oriented, honest, respectful, dedicated, caring, positive, and enthusiastic
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end, professional environment
Desire to make memorable member experiences

Educational Requirements

Enrolled in a 4-year Hospitality Program

Prior Club experience preferred
