Located in Fontana, Wisconsin, Big Foot Country Club is a private member-owned golf and tennis club featuring a Tom Bendelow designed championship golf course routed over 270 acres of wooded land, rolling hills, and spring-fed streams. The Club has three har-tru tennis courts and regulation trap range. The club opened in 1924 and has a rich history. It is considered one of Lake Geneva's best kept secrets!

Big Foot Country Club is a prestigious private country club located in Fontana, WI, offering a unique blend of luxury, recreation and social activities to our members. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily operations and activities of the club's food and beverage department
Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
Assisting with event planning and coordination in the food and beverage department
Assisting in the maintenance of the club's facilities and grounds
Rotating through various departments of the club including agronomy, accounting, golf shop, outside services, and the kitchen
Supervisory experiences including conducting monthly inventories, writing weekly employee schedules and supervising club events

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate would pocess the following qualities:

Currently enrolled in a related field of study such as hospitality, tourism, event planning or business administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with event management software is a plus
