Golf Facilities

  • 18 hole course, par 72, designed by George Cobb
The golf course is a challenging yet player friendly golf courses. We converted Tiff Eagle Bermuda in 2021. In addition, the bunkers were renovated in 2022 and converted to mostly capillary concrete liners. The course plays at a friendly pace of four hours or less. To help the golfers with their game the members have access to a full practice facility as well a shortgame area with a chipping green.

Tennis Facilities

  • 4 outdoor lighted Hard courts
The courts are hard court base resurfaced in 2020. In addition to tennis the courts act as a play area for children for basketball.

Swimming Facilities

  • 1 Outdoor
The pool area is a favorite spot for children and adults alike. The area also includes a baby pool and an area to used a snack shop for those visting the pool.

The formal dining room is utilized for Friday night dining. The informal dining area is used for lunch and weekly dining. The meeting room is a nice space for business meetings or a game of bridge for our ladies.

Special Club Features

We are small town atmosphere with an active membership especially with those living in the RiverBend subdivision. Our members love to drive up in their golf carts for afternoon of drinks and dining. The club hosts many activities to provide varios types of entertainment. Trivia nights, bingo nights, happy hours, and unique dining menu nights are a few of the member favorites. This all leads to revenue opportunites to the club. Finally, the club is junior friendly and host many junior events for the kids and their families. 

Club is open 6 days per week, 12 months per year.

Clubhouse Manager

Brief Job Description

The Club Manager of RiverBend Country Club (RBCC) shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Club, reporting directly to the club’s House Committee Chair. This position is responsible for all aspects of the club’s management with special attention given to clubhouse operations leadership with respect to food and beverage management, event planning and maximizing overall member satisfaction. This position will create, implement and monitor all of the club’s budgets and be accountable for the overall profitability and financial management aspects of the club. This position will develop and collaborate on an ongoing marketing plan to attract new members and events to RBCC.  

Candidate Qualifications

  • This position is a decision maker within the overall management of RBCC. This position will take responsibility / ownership and share in the club’s overall success.

  • This position is highly visible to RBCC’s members, guests and staff. Listening to their input, praise and constructive criticisms towards constant improvement will lead to outstanding outcomes.

  • Ability to demonstrate a professional track record in the areas of:

    • Financial Management

    • Marketing Planning and Competitive Analysis

    • Vendor Relationship Management

    • Human Resources

    • Information Technology

    • Food and Beverage Operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, a minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage or related management areas; solid foundation in computer skills

  • Direct experience in managing Food and Beverage operations

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, a minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage or related management areas; solid foundation in computer skills
