Established in 1908, The Country Club of Virginia (CCV) has always been among the nation's largest clubs and is recognized as one of the top country clubs in America. Two campuses offer numerous amenities to the vast membership of 7,800+, including golf, racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, spa, and youth activities. The Club employs a staff of more than 700 in season and has an operating budget in excess of $48 million. Job Description

The Country Club of Virginia is searching for hospitality-driven team members who want to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and the individuals around them.
The Program
Graduates placed into the Manager-In-Training (MIT) Program will participate in a comprehensive 12-month training program, aimed at preparing them for and accelerating their career in Clubs. Throughout the training period, MITs will gain managerial experience in all five of The Club's restaurants, in event operations at both clubhouses, and gain exposure by rotating through operational departments outside of Food & Beverage. In addition to managerial training, MITs will attend leadership and committee-level meetings, participate in book studies, partner with a mentor from The Club's managerial and executive team, go on a Club benchmarking trip, and lead an important Club initiative. Upon completion of the program, MITs should be well-positioned for a permanent managerial role within The Club.

Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and aspire to be a future club leader. A hospitality degree is required to join the program, and involvement in a Club Management Association of America (CMAA) Student Chapter is a strong plus for candidacy.
