Oakland Hills Country Club is one of America’s preeminent country clubs. The private club, founded in 1916, is home to two acclaimed 18-hole golf courses designed by Donald Ross. The storied South Course has played host to numerous Major Championships including the U.S. Open, Ryder Cup, PGA Championship, and Western Open. In the coming decades, it will welcome two additional U.S. Opens, two U.S. Womens Opens and four USGA Amateur Events.
Our distinguished membership, one of the largest in the Great Lakes region, enjoys a broad range of engaging social activities and recreational programs that promote friendship and create lifelong memories for our member families.
Oakland Hills is amidst one of the most critical points of the Club's history as it embarks on a multiyear clubhouse construction project following the fire of February 2022. Along with the clubhouse, we are building on a foundation of delivering consistent, high-quality services and amenities for a world-class experience throughout the Club.
