Heritage Oaks is a private gated community with 850 residences. The Club is a CIRA (Common Interest Realty Association or Bundled) Community located in Southwest Florida. Heritage Oaks has a mandatory Golf Membership for all residences. The Club is open year round with the months from October to April accounting for 80% of the Food and Beverage revenues. Members expect year round exceptional food and service to be provided. Heritage Oaks has a strong Food and Beverage Department that allows the Members an opportunity to enjoy a variety of regular monthly events along with many special events. The Clubhouse is located adjacent to the 18th Green which provides a great view of the golf course, lake and nightly sunsets. Our 19th Hole is very active and well received by our Membership for a casual dining venue. The Main Dining Room can be split and is used for large parties, special events, dance parties along with many of the men's and ladies' golf events. The dining rooms are open 7 days a week in season and 6 days a week off season.
