Fayetteville Country Club is a full-service Club with an 18-hole course and extensive practice areas including driving range, short game and putting areas. We are located in the Ozark Mountains in Fayetteville, Arkansas; home of the University of Arkansas and the Razorbacks.

Our course was designed by Perry Maxwell who is one of the most esteemed Golf Course Architects in the South. We strive to maintain the spirit of a Maxwell design and while we aren’t as long as a modern course, FCC presents a challenge to even the best golfers.

The Fayetteville area boasts a comfortable cost of living, excellent schools, outstanding entertainment and some of the best recreation opportunities in the country. This is a great place to live/work for those who are single, married or have a family!

We have a strong connection with our local community and as such, serve as ‘home course’ to the University of Arkansas Razorbacks as well as numerous High School teams.

FCC is as friendly and hospitable a club as you will find with Members from all backgrounds. There is a great sense of camaraderie and fellowship not often found in similar clubs and the right person will not only be valued, they will become part of the FCC ‘Family’.

NWA is growing and we have a waitlist of over 260+ potential members. We are busy but business levels are manageable with a good work/life balance. You will have zero issues with the food and kitchen and the service staff are largely made up of college students who are happy to be here. I can't stress enough the friendly vibe.

Seeking a Clubhouse Manager for a full service country club. This role is ideal for someone with high energy and big ideas; the club is small but well-supported.......the membership is eager to use their club! We've recently embarked on a renovation plan for all aspects of the club; swimming pool upgrades have already started, new holes added to the golf course with major work and shutdown starting next August and kitchen/clubhouse upgrades starting this winter. We are touching virtually every part of the club.

This key position will manage the clubhouse, food and beverage department and the pool operations. The current operation is running smoothly, has great people in all positions and an over-arching supportive team spirit. We believe in a quality experience for all stakeholders and work/life balance is key to the equation. FCC enjoys partnership of quality Division/Department Heads and this hiring is the last key to our team development. What you will find are exceptionally professional and qualifed colleagues, a kind and engaging membership and motivated line staff primarily drawn from the University of Arkansas. We have no staffing recruitment issues.

Fayetteville Country Club was founded in 1927 and our Centennial is fast approaching. Our renovation plans are moving as expected and fully supported by the membership and staff. The club has an extensive waitlist for all membership categories and Northwest Arkansas continues to grow at a rapid pace. The area is ideal for someone who enjoys the outdoors but also a diverse and interesting region with excellent schools, restaurants, the arts, music, etc.

Current GM has been here over 10 years with plans to retire within a couple years. As such, this can be a great place for someone on that career track.

Candidate Qualifications

Experience and training with emphasis on leadership and fostering a teaching environment. Prefer someone with innovative ideas and approaches to member dining; someone who can harness the current skillsets and energy to grow further. We pride ourselves on being able to excel in all styles of dining when occasion demands. You are the person who has experience in a myriad of settings and can bring new energy and ideas.

Educational Requirements

Serious candidates will be committed to the industry and not only willing but able to grow into the GM role. Education and Experience are both considered.

Salary Range

$80,000.00 to $94,999.00

Other Benefits

Salary is negotiable. We offer excellent health benefits and pay 80% of the premium for all FT staff. Food, CMAA membership/education and PTO of 2 weeks. Club is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and NY Day.

Start date negotiable and can be earlier than posted. Current CM is in place until after Labor Day and willing to assist in transition.
