As a Food & Beverage Manager with The Cliffs you will be a key member of an extraordinary team that strives daily to exceed members’ expectations by supporting a strong team of associates through partnership management.  We are growing communities where career opportunities and growth are endless. 



Candidate Qualifications


  • 5 years F&B Management experience preferred; fine dining/country club preferred.
  • TIPS Certified – preferred
  • Strong understanding of quality, service, products, financial metrics, safety, and member satisfaction.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Showcases passion for food and beverage, continual learning, and service.
  • Participative management style.
  • Experience in ordering and receiving product and inventory management (cost and portion control), payroll operations, and member charges.
  • Experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and the development of staff.
  • Possess the ability to manage change effectively.
  • Provide leadership to staff achieving goals and objectives.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead by example.
  • Exceptional detail to follow-up.
  • Experience in relationship development.

Educational Requirements

Degree in Hospitality / Restaurant Management preferred, but not required.
