Brief Job Description

Montreux Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of managing high-quality food and beverage operations. As the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining services, including restaurant operations, banquet and event planning, and member satisfaction.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory.
  • Expertise in menu development, culinary trends, and dining service standards.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute successful events and banquets.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
