Brief Job Description

Montreux Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of managing high-quality food and beverage operations. As the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining services, including restaurant operations, banquet and event planning, and member satisfaction.

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or high-end hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory.
Expertise in menu development, culinary trends, and dining service standards.
Proven ability to plan and execute successful events and banquets.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
