Woodfield Boca Raton is adding to it's Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. Our candidate will assure the highest standards of service are met including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities. and will provide supervision and training to staff.  The manager will be responsible for the supervision and training of staff, developing and implementing programs to increase sales within the restaurants and will implement controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.

Essential Duties & Responsibilites include the following:

• Generate appropriate and updated reports concerning employee hours, schedules, job changes and tip pool, etc.
• Propose restaurant floor plans and diagrams based upon anticipated reservation counts and member/guest needs.
• Conduct pre-meal meetings with food and beverage staff, relays information and policy changes, and briefs staff on all pertinent club related information on a daily basis and inspects service staff before each shift to ensure proper and clean appearance, including full uniform adherence.
• Assure proper set-up of dining areas and suggests improvements in dining room procedures and layout, and assures side-work is accomplished and cleaning of equipment and storage areas is completed according to scheduled assignments.
• Assist with monthly inventories including liquor, and dry goods.
• Review financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation, and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations.
• Maintain proper care of equipment and reports deficiencies through use of work order forms and email.
• Produce daily meal sales analysis and other reports from the POS computer system.
• Will assist and be assigned from time to time to manage small catering/banquet events.
• Greet members and their guests, and seats them when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Serve as a liaison between dining areas and kitchen staff.
• Assure dining and club areas are secure at the end of each business day.
• Other duties assigned by Director of Food and Beverage.
