Brief Job Description
Job Resposibilities
1. Assist members and sponsored guest plan catered functionsas well as assist with the planning of club events.
2. Prompt response to all inquiries.
3. Oversee the set-up and operation of all events.
4. coordination with culinary and related departments to ensure the highest level of sucess.
5. Maintain files for billing and future reference.
6. Ongoing knowledge of trends and development within the industry.
Candidate Qualifications
Three plus years of experience as a Catering Director
Strong communication and organizational skill.
Willing to assist with the operation of events as well as planning
Exceptional leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with budgeting and forcasting sales
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related experience

$60,000.00
