Position Overview: The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for all food and beverage operations at Marshfield Country Club, ensuring exceptional dining and event experiences for members and guests. This role involves managing operations across multiple dining venues, maintaining high service standards, overseeing budgets, and cultivating a culture of hospitality excellence. The Director collaborates with club leadership to create innovative dining programs and supports the club's mission as a premier golf-centric destination.

Candidate Qualifications

Experience: Proven management experience in high-volume, multi-facility private club food and beverage operations.

Beverage Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage programs.

Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interaction with members, guests, and staff.

Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high service standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation through CMAA or actively pursuing certification is highly desirable.

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in high-end, multi-facility club operations.
