Job Description

Yellowstone Club is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations Supervisor/Manager in Training to join our team for the Summer Season of 2025. This role is centered around managing and enhancing the golf operation while collaborating with a peak-season workforce of 1,700 employees, all united by a shared vision: to be the best private club in the world.

The Club offers an unparalleled experience for members and guests, featuring 15 restaurant outlets and a wide array of summer amenities. This position provides an exceptional opportunity to engage with all aspects of our expansive and evolving operation, which includes 25+ departments, preparing you for a well-rounded career in luxury club management.

Winter Season Opportunity:
During the winter, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to continue working at Yellowstone Club as a Manager on Duty, where you will be cross-trained in multiple departments. This exposure will deepen your understanding of the Club's diverse operations and position you as a versatile leader within our team.

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Deliver outstanding service to members and guests by fostering a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure team adherence to service standards, demonstrating strong product knowledge and professionalism at all times.
  • Guarantee total member and guest satisfaction by proactively addressing and resolving concerns.
  • Monitor and enhance the daily performance of the golf operation to achieve the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all email and phone communication related to the golf operation, collaborating closely with Golf Activity Coordinators.
  • Manage and supervise all technological tools and systems used within the golf operation.
  • Lead the planning, organization, and execution of events and tournaments.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for golf operations staff.
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration between the golf operation and other departments at the Club.
  • Assist in supervising the Outside Services Team, ensuring productivity, punctuality, and adherence to service standards.

Candidate Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or vocational training or job-related course work
  • CMAA involvement is preferred, not required.
  • Candidates interested in pursuing their Class A PGA are encouraged to apply
