This position will collaborate with all departments of the operation. The successful candidate will be professional in appearance, detailed, service-oriented, possess essential communication skills, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and have competent written communication skills. The candidate will also be eager to learn, organized, dependable, and have a positive attitude.

Facilitate all Club communications involving Membership, social media, website/app maintenance, club calendars, and printed materials.

• Improve and enhance the Membership process, which includes tours, scheduling and hosting cocktail parties, prospective communication, and detailed records.
• Develop comprehensive communications that include all communication channels and platforms that support the Carolina brand and keep the membership up to speed with club events.
• Responsible for maintaining the Club App and sending essential notifications.
• Maintaining the club website & Carolina Golf’s app, ensuring all information is correct and current.
• Responsible for the Club’s monthly newsletter, including design and execution.
• Assist with annual meetings, mailed letters, and proxies.
• Meets and greets members and guests and directs them to the appropriate department.
• Serves as the Club’s concierge, including reservation manager for club dining and special events.
• Manages the club phone system and voicemail.
• Remains visible during the Club’s special events and tournaments and provides photography for newsletters and the website.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications or marketing
