Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Manages the administrative duties of the main office on a timeline, including member billing, scheduling and programming.  Oversees the entry team’s functions, ensuring a safe, welcoming and communicative process for check-in.  Assists the GM with inter-departmental controls; coordinates, leads and develops operational strategies to keep facilities, dining and other teams in line with each other.

Job Tasks/Duties

  • Responsible for member accounts.
  • Controls billing issues and functions.
  • Manages Club schedule in accordance with department needs and operations.
  • Manages the Club’s summer camp program
  • Responsible for onboarding all new employees
  • Assists GM in membership business; procuring new members, onboarding new members and managing membership data
  • Participates in the production of Club events in variety of roles as needed
  • Responsible for editing the Club directory
  • Responsible for ensuring communication between departments is clear and thorough
  • Ensure the entry team has access to information
  • Ensure the entry team has tools required to perform job
  • Supervises the purchasing of office goods and materials
  • Consults with the General Manager for budget approvals as required
  • Effectively coaches and mentors’ employees; proactively supports employee involvement and development; counsels employees on performance standards; and conducts timely performance reviews.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques.
  • Sometimes required to use personal vehicle for work-related tasks

Licenses and Special Requirements

  • CPR/AED Certification (May be obtained post-hire.)
  • Current driver’s license with a clean record and auto insurance
  • Food Handlers Card (May be obtained post-hire.)

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. 
  • Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat.
  • Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
  • Must be able to perform computer work for long periods of time
  • Continuous standing and walking required

Salary and Benefits

Salary range is $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
