Job Description

The Grill Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club's grill and casual dining area, ensuring a high standard of food quality , service, and member satisfaction. This role involves managing and training staff, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining inventory, and upholding the club's standards of excellence.

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a private club setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and best practices.
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
