Golf Facilities

18 hole course, par 71, designed by Tom Fazio

Tom Fazio originally laid out the 18 hole course at Coral Creek Club and in 2020 his company directed the upgrade/renovation of the course. Coral Creek Club’s golf course is known as one of the best in Florida and is currently ranked in Golfweek’s Top 20 Florida Private Courses. Bordered by picturesque Coral Creek, a salt-water estuary flowing to the Gulf of Mexico and a 6,000-acre nature preserve, the 211-acre golf course rolls gently through southern pines, oaks and palms around deep blue lakes and picturesque, high flashing bunkers which guard the greens.

The Events & Food & Beverage Manager plays a pivotal, member-facing role, responsible for elevating the Club’s dining and event experiences. This individual will lead and inspire the Front of House (FOH) team, working in close partnership with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure the highest levels of hospitality, service, and member satisfaction.

Candidate Qualifications

Ideal Traits & Experience

Polished and professional presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in private clubs or luxury hospitality, ideally in a seasonal club setting.
Proven track record managing high-performing service teams in a fine dining environment.
Strong wine and beverage knowledge (certifications a plus).
Hands-on leader who thrives in a member-focused culture.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in food & beverage management.
Hospitality management degree or equivalent industry certifications.
Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
Ability to work full seasonal schedule and engage in off-season planning remotely.
