Strategic Recruitment
A. Review and Expand Membership Recruitment Initiatives
- Assess effectiveness of existing recruitment and referral programs and identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Research successful referral models in similar organizations
- Build a mindset of continuous referral sourcing within the membership
B. Examine/Propose the Feasibility of New Membership Categories
- Research and recommend membership categories used successfully in the industry
- Consider options such as National Memberships, Young Professional Memberships, Legacy Memberships, and Honorary Memberships
Member Assimilation
A. Develop a Comprehensive Orientation Program
- Welcome packet with key information and resources
- Virtual or in-person orientation events
- Introduction to club leadership and committees
B. Personalized Welcome Experience
- Small-group welcome dinners (i.e. dinner with member ambassador)
- Personalized touchpoints (welcome calls, mentorship, new member ambassador)
- Community integration activities
Marketing Excellence
A. Develop a Marketing Plan Aligned with Club’s Mission, Vision, and Values

Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven history in areas critical to membership recruitment. They should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster membership growth through strategic communications, exceptional service, targeted recruitment, and effective retention efforts. The candidate should also exhibit excellent judgment, strong organizational skills, and a professional, personable, and positive demeanor. Additionally, the candidate should be savvy in social media, capable of effective communication across a variety of digital platforms and have a keen understanding of how to optimize website and newsletter editing and graphic design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is essential, and experience with Jonas software is preferable, but not required.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry is required, preferably in the private club field.
Any club management or marketing certifications or similar professional development achievements are a plus, as is experience with promoting upscale luxury brands and services to discerning customers.

$65,000.00

Other Benefits
The base salary for this position will range between $65,000 and $80,000 annually, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and overall skillset. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for an annual performance bonus ranging from 15% to 25% of the base salary, based on agreeable individual and organizational performance. Coral Creek Club offers competitive compensation and incentive plans, along with senior management benefits.
