Job Description
•Supervises daily F&B shift operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.
•Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
•Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
•Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work.
•Maintains a high level of member contact throughout service hours.
Candidate Qualifications
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills
•Good organizational and follow-through skills.
•Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
•Comprehends budgets, operating statements, and payroll reporting
•Experience with working on POS systems (Jonas is desirable)
Educational Requirements
•Food safety certification.
•Alcoholic beverage certification.
