Operations Manager

Job Description

Laurel Links Country Club is seeking an Operations Manager to support our Clubhouse Manager and Controller and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys member interaction, communication, and organizational excellence in a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and distribute member communications (emails, newsletters, event notices).
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail related to Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain and update the club website and member portal.
  • Provide administrative support to the Clubhouse Manager and assist with event logistics.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or communications (hospitality/club industry a plus).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with website content management.
  • Professional, member-focused, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
