Job Description

The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all dining operations across Bella Vista’s multiple outlets, bars, and event venues. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this hands-on leader manages a team of more than 125 employees and ensures exceptional service, consistent quality, and a welcoming atmosphere across all locations. The Director collaborates closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, financial performance, and programming, while driving staff training, service standards, and guest engagement. This role offers the opportunity to lead one of the region’s largest and most dynamic food and beverage operations within a vibrant, community-driven environment.

Candidate Qualifications

Proven success leading multi-outlet food and beverage operations within a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate large, year-round and seasonal teams.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial management, and achieving profitability goals.
Creative approach to menu development, member engagement, and special events.
Deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with staff, members, and senior leadership.
Strategic thinker who balances innovation with operational discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and extensive food and beverage management experience will be considered.
Additional certifications in food safety, beverage management, or hospitality leadership are a plus.
