We have a rich history here in the community and take pride in our amazing facility and the service we provide to our well-deserved, caring membership. This is truly a magical place, filled with numerous events and social gatherings throughout the season for all to enjoy. Job Description
The Culinary Internship Program at Grandfather Golf and Country Club is a hands-on experience designed for culinary and hospitality students seeking real-world exposure to club dining, high-volume service, and large-scale events. Interns rotate through all major food and beverage operations and work directly with the banquet and à la carte teams throughout the summer season. This program emphasizes participation, responsibility, and execution. Interns are actively involved in prep, cooking, plating, and service.
Semi-monthly learning sessions with leadership (operations, member relations, finance, governance, human resources, golf, and tennis) will be offered to ensure that the intern has exposure to the club as a whole. We also offer weekly coaching and real-time feedback to accelerate the interns' growth.
