Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club is a private Country Club located in Monmouth County NJ. It is one of the premier country clubs in New Jersey offering a rich tradition of sports, fine dining, and family-focused activities. The 90,000 square-foot Clubhouse sits on impeccably maintained grounds. The Club features an 18-hole Golf Course, 3 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Swimming Pool Complex, Golf Teaching Facilities and multiple dining outlets.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  Locker Room Working Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Men’s Locker Room, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. He will also oversee additonal locker room staff.

Club is open 7 days per week, 11 months per year.

Large golf practice facility consists of main range, separate short-game facility, and a separate indoor practice building.

Locker Room Working Supervisor

Job Description

The Locker Room Supervisor supports the overall management of the men’s locker room by maintaining high service standards, and ensuring all facilities are kept in excellent condition as well as supervise attendants. A key part of this role includes  providing professional shoe care and shining services, reflecting Eagle Oaks’s tradition of excellence and attention to detail.

Candidate Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury clubs, or high-end service environments required.
  • Professional shoe shining and shoe care experience required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and shoe care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all service and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the locker room, restrooms, showers, and lounge areas.
  • Provide expert shoe care, including cleaning, polishing, shining, conditioning, and minor repairs.
  • Manage towel and laundry services, including collection, washing, drying, folding, and restocking.
  • Maintain and restock all locker room amenities such as toiletries, beverages, and supplies.
  • Assist members with locker assignments, nameplates, and personal storage needs.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with Club standards for safety, cleanliness, and member service.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with management for resolution.
  • Train new attendants and support staff to uphold the Club’s standards of service and appearance.
  • Supervise locker room attendants.
