Shoal Creek Golf Club, founded in 1977 and located approximately 30 minutes from downtown Birmingham, Alabama, is widely regarded as one of the premier golf clubs in the Southeast. Designed by Jack Nicklaus as his first solo golf course design project, Shoal Creek has consistently been recognized among the Top 100 golf courses in the United States by numerous national publications.
