Established in 1908, The Country Club of Virginia (CCV) has always been among the nation's largest clubs and is recognized as one of the top country clubs in America. Two campuses offer numerous amenities to the vast membership of 7,800+, including golf, racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, spa, and youth activities. The Club employs a staff of more than 700 in season and has an operating budget in excess of $48 million. CCV is the home of the PGA TOUR Champions Dominion Energy Charity Classic and has been honored as a three-time recipient of the Players Award since it began hosting in 2016.

CCV has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times-Dispatch over the last three years. CCV is currently ranked as the No. 8 Platinum Club of America by Clubs.

Supervisory Food and Beverage Intern

Brief Job Description

The Country Club of Virginia is looking to enhance its team with enthusiastic and motivated college students pursuing a degree related to Hospitality with a desire to learn and grow. During the internship, students will gain professional experience in a large and diverse food and beverage operation at a platinum-level club.

Our goal with this position is to give students hands-on experience and training as well as mentorship opportunities. There will be supervisory responsibilities in multiple outlets and leadership exposure by leading a major department project. Through each intern’s dedicated performance, we hope to build a long-lasting relationship of networking and future opportunities.
