Golf Facilities

Since it first officially opened in 2005, the Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course at Miramont has consistently earned rave reviews and has regularly been ranked among the top 10 to 15 courses in Texas. According to the most recent rankings compiled by Golf Digest, Miramont's 7,127-yard, 22-hole course (18 championship holes and a four-hole "family" course) is ranked as the seventh-best golf venue (public or private) in the Lone Star State. Such accolades are common for Robert Trent Jones II courses, as his team of designers have created premier golf courses from South Africa to Russia and from Kansas to Kuala Lumpur. But Jones says he has always been particularly pleased with the Miramont design. "From the moment Mr. Donald A. Adam shared his vision for Miramont Country Club with us, I knew it was something so special that we wanted to be a part of it," said Jones II.

Tennis Facilities

Miramont’s Tennis Center provides a prime playing experience in a tranquil setting, away from crowded clubs and courts. Miramont features eight lighted, outdoor hard courts, including two elevated, signature stadium courts that are surrounded by seating areas to place participants of any age or talent level on center stage. You may feel like a pro even if your game is far from extraordinary. For example, you can experience some big-time tennis events, such as Wimbledon at Miramont in the summertime and Play with the Pros in late spring each year. In addition to six outstanding tennis courts, Miramont features two pickleball courts and one basketball court with adjustable goals. Come out to the courts and allow the entire family to have fun!

Miramont’s resort-style swimming pool provides Members with an outstanding escape from the sizzling summers of Central Texas. Enjoy the numerous shaded areas surrounding the pool and take advantage of the impeccable service of our pool staff. We will happily serve you and your guests lunch, dinner, drinks and dessert. Anything we serve in the Mixed Grill is available at the pool.

Our fine dining destination is where gentlemen wear jackets, ambiance is honored and every meal is prepared to be a culinary masterpiece accompanied by paired wines from renowned vineyards or handcrafted libations. Reservations are required. ATTIRE: Jackets required for gentlemen. Dress denim is permitted. 19th Hole CASUAL The 19th Hole, located adjacent to the Gentlemen's Locker Room, provides full Food and Beverage service for lunch and dinner in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. Miramont Country Club was built by owner and founder Donald A. Adam to fulfill his vision for the Bryan-College Station community. Mr. Adam, Texas A&M Class of 1957, had long desired to provide the community with a country club and residential neighborhood of international stature for a growing population of educated, well-traveled citizens seeking a first-class, full-service and family-friendly club that could become a home away from home and a gathering spot for every occasion. His vision was fulfilled in 2005 when the golf course and Clubhouse opened, turning heads and generating rave reviews from local residents and guests from around the world.

Brief Job Description

  • Ensures the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property.
  • 3 Temperature controlled wine cellars holding over 800 varietals and 3,000+ bottles.
  1. Chilled cellar holding 900+ white wines, 400+ sparkling
  2. Main wine cellar holds 1,500+ red wines
  3. Auxiliary cellar holding 500+ reserve auction lot bottles
  • Receives and greets members and guests.
  • Maintains the Wine Cru and Premier Cru programs
  • Creates and develops new wine programs for the club with support of management team. 
  • Trains staff on beverage knowledge
  • Enforces established rules, regulations and policies.
  • Assures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed.
  • Devises strategies to increase retail wine sales.  
  • Manages the dining outlets when assigned. 
  • Works closely with the Executive Chef to create wine and beverage events.
  • Works with the Catering Director on all banquet beverage needs.
  • Maintains the master wine list and keeps staff informed of new items.
  • Creates and develops new and exciting beverage selections for the members.
  • Maintains a high level of communication with the members.
  • Showing a high level of engagement with members during meal periods.
  • Rotating and restocking all beverage areas. 
  • Performs personal services, for example: wine tasting at tables, wine service at tables, and decanting of wines.
  • Attend BEO meetings.
  • Attend senior staff meeting when asked to by the Clubhouse Manager.
  • Conduct beverage inventory at the end of each month.
