Snack Bar/Pool Manager
Brief Job Description
The Snack Bar/Pool Manager will work closely with the Director of Family Activities to manage the operations of the Green Island Pool facilities and attached casual dining restaurant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising all pool staff, to include Snack Shack, Concierge and Lifeguards
- Scheduling and training of staff
- Ensuring dining outlet runs smoothly, according to established Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensuring that all product remains stocked
- Expediting tickets during peak dining hours
- Taking shifts/tables as needed
- Ensuring that the facilities remain clean and up to standards at all times
The pool facilities will open in May, and remain open through Labor Day. Qualified candidates will possess a positive and friendly demeanor, ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, nights and holidays, and a minimum one year of customer service experience.
This position is a great entry level management internship managing a team of 15-20 high school and college students.
Candidate Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess a positive and friendly demeanor, ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, nights and holidays, and a minimum one year of customer service experience. F&B expereince is helpful, but not mandatory.
Educational Requirements
Prefer a student wishing to fulfill internship requirements for hospitatily or other college degree.
