Special Club Features

Heritage Oaks is a private gated community with 850 residences. The Club is a CIRA (Common Interest Realty Association or Bundled) Community located in Southwest Florida. Heritage Oaks has a mandatory Golf Membership for all residences. The Club is open year round with the months from October to April accounting for 80% of the Food and Beverage revenues. Members expect year round exceptional food and service to be provided. Heritage Oaks has a strong Food and Beverage Department that allows the Members an opportunity to enjoy a variety of regular monthly events along with many special events. The Clubhouse is located adjacent to the 18th Green which provides a great view of the golf course, lake and nightly sunsets. Our 19th Hole is very active and well received by our Membership for a casual dining venue. The Main Dining Room can be split and is used for large parties, special events, dance parties along with many of the men's and ladies' golf events. The dining rooms are open 7 days a week in season and 6 days a week off season.

Club is open 7 days per week, 12 months per year.

Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club is carved out of a scenic and pristine area on Florida’s Suncoast. We pride ourselves on a team that is dedicated to service and excellence.

We are looking for a candidate that wants to join our family and share in our common goals and team spirit. They must be able to manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, provide exemplary Member service, and foster a family atmosphere. The ideal applicant must be hard-working, dedicated, and have a willingness to exceed expectations. They will report directly to the General Manager.

Candidate Qualifications

Professional, outgoing, motivated, enthusiastic, and organized
Provides exceptional Club experience for Members and Guests
Available to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays; flexibility a must.
Fast paced and detailed orientated, able to multitask
Good communicator, able to motivate and inspire team
Must be flexible to meet the changing needs of the Club
Knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
Able to stand/walk for 8 hours or more; bending, squatting, reaching forward; lift up to 50lbs.

Educational Requirements

High school diploma or vocational certification.
2+ years’ experience in a similar club environment preferred
Serv Safe certified preferred
