        Job Description
        A great club on the rise! Under new owners, Up To Par Management was selected to operate the club through massive positive change. The new ownership has invested millions into the property with plans for millions more. 
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus operational bonus up to $10,000. Full health benefits, dental, vision, and 401K, short and long-term disability, vacation, cell phone reimbursement, and professional dues paid. 
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations. Living and fostering Up To Par's Core Values and established Objectives and Key Results. The GM is expected to lead the team through the adoption of Up To Par processes. The General Manager must possess strong operational, financial, and analytical skills. This is a hand on position, active within the operations coaching and leading the team to desired results. The General Manager will work closely with the Marketing, Agronomy, Human Resources, and Accounting corporate teams. 
Candidate Qualifications
        
	- Ideally have a strong food and beverage background.
- Willingness and desire to create a team learning environment and to foster a positive, fulfilling work environment.
- Demonstrate strengths in team-building and leadership skills.
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated willingness, desire, and ability to supervise with an aptitude for coaching, mentoring, training, and developing teammates' performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teammates with confidence in work processes and goals.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including the ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills, ability to interact positively with teammates at various levels across the company and customers.
