Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Red Fox Server Assistant’s first area of responsibility is to clear and re-set tables for reservation and walk-in member dining. The Server Assistant second area of responsibility is to re-stock supplies for use during service, and thirdly, assist Servers as necessary.

When the Server Assistant is not re-setting tables or re-stocking, he/she must maintain visibility in the Red Fox Dining Areas.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Punctual arrival, proper uniform, clean-shaven, no perfume, neutral nail polish, minimal jewelry
Assist in Setting Up, Clearing and Breaking down seating areas of Red Fox, Red Fox Patio, and Card Room including sweeping, emptying trash and refilling the ice bins.
Refreshing the complimentary beverage station and breaking the area down at the end of the day
Polish and organize silverware, re-stock plates and napkins for use during shift
Provide bread for tables
Refill water glasses and drink stations (excluding all alcoholic beverages or stations)
Ability to lift and properly carry trays of food and drink to assist service staff
Communication of Member Complaints or Problems to Manager on Duty
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and Holidays and if ill, communicate at least two hours before shift verbally by phone (not text) to management

Candidate Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Be 16 years of age
Show excellent oral and written communication skills.
Indicate a desire to work in the Service Industry.
Appropriate Attire – Club approved Uniform
Able to work a minumum of three days a week including weekday and weekend availability
