Our exclusive private golf club in Mississippi is seeking a Clubhouse Manager. Since its opening, our club has attracted a large and diverse group of loyal members from across the country.
The club is looking to hire its next Clubhouse Manager. The successful csandidate will be a visible, hands-on, and accessible leader to both the members and staff alike. The Club Manager will guide all Club operations with a focus on delivering exceptional member services.
The sucessful candidate will report to the Owners and the Executive Committee and have responsibility for all day-to-day operations of the Club, including coordination of staffing, amenities, and activities across all areas of the club to ensure consistent service delivery to the membership and their guests.
This position requires a high degree of visibility and a strong eye for personalized service, which is critical for all team members to emulate. The role of Club Manager at our exclusive club requires strong leadership skills and high visibility among the members and in the community.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in the hospitality industry, including leadership, finance, and facilities management. A minimum of 5 years country club experience is highly preferred.
CMAA certified preferred.
Educational Requirements
Degree in Hospitality preferred.
