Job Description

About the Position

The Turn Window Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of quality and services to the membership and their guests on the golf course(s). The Turn Window Attendant will be responsible for, upholding the core values of Grey Oaks, service and delivery during golf course play and tournaments, staying in constant communication and coordination with the kitchen to enhance the on-course beverage experience.

This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

You are an outgoing and personable professional with a background in Food & Beverage management, and an interest in the hospitality industry. You are adept at effectively communicating with all types of people. You are organized, a problem solver, and highly proactive. You understand that service is at the heart of your job.

You understand and live by the concept of being a "team player," making sure that collaboration is essential to your success, as well as the success of those you work with.

Primary Responsibilities

Monitor turn window station and beverage cart, general appearance to ensure cleanliness and compliance with Club standards.
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all members and guests at all times.
Ensures the safety and security of team, members, and guests.
Adhere to regulatory, department and Club policies.

Qualifications

1+ years’ experience in Food and Beverage, prefer in a private club.
Must have excellent member relations and customer service skills.
Ability to efficiently use or learn the POS system (Northstar).
Ability to verbally communicate well both orally and in writing with a strong command of the English language.
Must have knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Florida Law.
May be required to life up to 50 lbs
Must be available to work on major holidays
Other duties as assigned.
