Rich Harvest Farms property covers almost 2000 acres and offers a diverse number of activities for the Membership and guests of the owner. While truly being a once-in-a-lifetime experience, selected individuals for the internship will interact with management, employees, other interns, Members, and guests on a regular basis, forming relationships and job knowledge that can be used as the operational base of their future career.

Hospitality Associate / Intern

Job Description

Responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of the Lodging facilities as well as any and all event services as directed. The Hospitality Associate is also responsible for facilitating the service experience for Members and Guests at a level deemed suitable by management. Hospitality Associates and Interns are asked to work between departments regularly to ensure the highest level of hospitality possible.

Candidate Qualifications

Applicant must be willing to submit to background check
Prefer individuals that are able to work the complete season (May – November) but can accommodate as necessary
Individual must have a high attention to detail and be a good communicator
Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, kneeling, bending, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs. without restriction work in tight quarters and be exposed to all elements of weather.
