This internship is for someone who has previous restaurant or club experience of at least (2) Summers. The manager in the training internship program will give students the ability to gain all skills needed to go into the country club work force at a mid-level management roll. Interns will learn all aspects of front of house management with a focus in Food & Beverage and will be coached & mentored by the Club’s management team. The Primary responsibility will be supervising the beach clubs dining outlets. Qualified candidates will learn about A La Carte Service & Floor management, Event & Banquet Service, Menu Design, Back of house POS management, Scheduling, & Hiring. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing beach club dining facilities, focusing on leadership development and operational excellence.
