This 10 - week internship program is designed for hospitality candidates who are aspiring general managers. It will provide a comprehensive learning experience at The Santaluz Club, spanning ten unique weeks. The intern will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning, from entry-level positions to high-level strategic planning. Candidates will acquire valuable skills, a holistic understanding of private club operations, and an experience that will contribute to growth as a future leader in the hospitality business.
