Haig Point is executing a multi-year capital and infrastructure roadmap designed to strengthen its financial model, modernize core assets, and position the community for sustainable growth. The complexity is real — layered revenue streams, capital reinvestment planning, reserve protection, operational scaling, and member-driven governance all intersect here. It requires a leader who thrives in sophisticated environments and brings both strategic range and operational precision.

Mastery of cash accounting, rigorous cash flow management, and exceptional analytical skill are essential. On an island, liquidity timing is not theoretical — it is mission-critical. The right candidate will be able to model complex capital scenarios, align long-term investment with short-term cash realities, and provide clear, confident guidance to the CEO and Board as strategic decisions unfold.
