Position Overview
Tatnuck is seeking an experienced, service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Front-of-House operations and elevate the member experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a member-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager oversees daily à la carte service, banquets, and special events.
The position is responsible for shaping the overall member dining experience through strong leadership, attentive service standards, and seamless operational execution. The Food and Beverage Manager will be highly visible in the dining room, actively engaging with members while leading and mentoring the service team.
This role works closely with culinary and clubhouse leadership to plan and execute member-driven social events, club-wide activities, and holiday celebrations. Financial oversight, staff development, and service excellence are central to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily front-of-house dining and beverage operations to ensure exceptional member service.
• Train, schedule, supervise, and develop FOH and bar staff while enforcing service standards and appearance policies.
• Create, maintain, and enforce Front-of-House SOPs; lead daily pre-shift meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate communication between front- and back-of-house teams for seamless service execution.
• Partner with Clubhouse and culinary leadership on Club events and private functions.
• Manage reservations, POS systems, revenue controls, and accurate financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Working knowledge of financial controls, budgeting, inventory management, and POS systems.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to member service, teamwork, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and upscale dining service standards
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Assist with budgeting, capital planning, and monthly inventory and performance reporting.
• Address member and guest concerns professionally and support overall clubhouse operations as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage or a similar supervisory role in a high-end service environment; private club experience preferred.
• Physically able to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
