Please provide a summary of the content of your program. If your proposal is selected to present, the description submitted below will be used in promotional brochures.
Provide at least three application-focused learning objectives/benefits for your presentation. Please reference Bloom's Taxonomy when formulating your focused learning objectives. As a result of participating in this program, participants will be able to:

What handouts or other collateral materials will you have for use during your presentation and which can be applied/used by the participant back in their club. Please describe below and or attach (max size: 500MB) any handouts. All speakers are asked to prepare support materials geared directly to the club management profession if selected for the Proceedings Manual. These items will be available electronically through CMAA's conference app prior to the Conference. There will be no limit to the number of items you may submit, but each will be limited to 10MB each.
The standard speaker setup is: laptop PC with wireless mouse, lectern with standing microphone, wireless lavaliere microphone, screen(s) without switcher and data project. Please indicate any additional equipment you will require to deliver your presentation, as well as your desired seating style: theater or rounds.

In 250 words of less provide a summary of your background and industry experience which demonstrates expertise in your session content. Cite relevant writing, education, or industry experience and include experience presenting at a previous CMAA conference or a similar audience.

CMAA does compensate for being a conference presenter. This can include individual travel, accommodations, expenses and speaking fees. However, direct compensation and expense reimbursement is not given for all presentations. Education Sessions are selected for a variety of reasons and compensation request is a factor in the final selection process. CMAA does not compensate (honorarium or expenses) CMAA members, CMAA Partners, or vendors for education sessions.
